I'm not going to take a chance and fire up my N7 till I install V2, but as soon as I do I will let you know what happen as I just don't trust Verizon, like they really care for my safety...

As soon as the v2 went public I installed it and now every so often I get a pop up that says "system update has failed". Every time i see it I smile a little knowing that i am safe from loosing my note 7. Also I saw that there was a sub forum for v3. It looks like there are no comments or posts yet. Are they hidden or just not there? I would love to help in any way I can. If possible as a beta tester. ;) ;)

You don't have to do this monthly.

If you already have sufficient protection, you'll be ok. To help you further, we have to know whats your exact device type and carrier.
You can ask specific questions in the forum related to your carrier.

I am a new member. Just for clarity, this version 3 is still in development? If I want to "shield" my phone (never used the v1) I have to/can use v2? Also, does it cost anything? or is it free to use?

Yes 3 is is still in development. We WANT to release it before the S8 drops but no promise. It might still be in beta during that time

For your Note 7, right now you can only use v2, as v1 was killed by Samsung for Note 7's.

v1 and v2 are free. v3 will be free to shield phone from updates. Toying with the idea of the extras costing. Nothing set in stone.

Also we don't really monitor this thread that often, so we don't see most questions posted here.

Ok I have T-Mobile and so you are saying that I don't need to do any more updates from the apk that I used right before the first of the year. Then why are you guys making new programs if the problem was solved with the December disabler method this new Version must have some type of benefit to it?
