Having an issue when backing up my note 7. Long time back after installing shield i did had done pre Shield backup and after everything was back up and running, did a Post Shield backup again for a before and after snapshot around january of last year. Anyway decided way overdue for another backup. Now for some reason the applications themselves are not backed up in other words there is no "APPLICATION" folder as there were with the pre Sheild and initial Post Shield backup.
So how do i get the applications themselves to be backed up. Also in Smart Switch the Applications entry is checked on. My initial thinking it may be related to some setting i need to update?
