For now, I have found a solution. I have locked the band for my carrier on my A53 5g just few minutes before using a Samsung proprietary tool i.e. "Shannon DM". You can give a try using the cracked version of the tool. Good luck.

Earlier this year, Samsung contacted us about the Alliance Shield app and its use in bypassing Samsung and Android Security measures. FRP bypass and removing other MDM software was the main concern. We made our position very clear, we have never and will never support the illegal use of the Samsung Knox technology.

After going back and forth with Samsung it was their opinion that the Alliance Shield was in-fact violating the terms we agreed to when we applied for our Samsung Knox key.

We are continuing our conversation with Samsung, but at this time, our key is in fact revoked.

This has happened before, and we were able to get our key re-issued. In the event we are not able to get the Alliance Shield working again we will continue to support it for Device Admin functions.

We are also in the processing of creating another app that will be in complete compliance with the Knox terms and hope to release it soon.
