I did everything up to
"Also make sure it is set to download update via wifi only" and on before from using your instructions from a different thread. I'm going to try this in a few.

So this time instead of doing it in my house with Wi-Fi and an Airrave I did it outside where I know I normally get 4g. A few things was different this time. I got the skip options and skipped thru everything. Followed your directions however this time I got 4g soon as I put the card in. So I didn't ##72786# thinking I may lose the 4g.Installed the Shield in Airplane mode but had to turn it off to connect to data to activate the Shield.

So far so good although I did get that other pop up I couldn't remember before


whenever I try to update the PRL. Only popped up once now does nothing. If I run into any issues I'll do the ## reset.

I also meant to add I found out my "system update" screen was entirely disabled before this 2nd reset. It wasn't just the profiles and prl update not working. Wifi update as well.

I'm sure there's some people worried about bricking the phone if they start over. A clean factory reset on Sprint at least definitely works! I owe u bigtime @Catwoman!!!
