@leoddot

Hold it down (from within notification center) and:

a) tell us what's generating it. Android System? Email? Text?
b) Tell it to go away via holding down on it.
c) report back.

Sorry @leoddot, have been busy. I would turn off 'Enable notifications' If thats what pops up and they should go away.

@waterpass - currently you are a beta tester. Other users are unable to download the Alliance Shield right now.

How to disable the T-Mobile wifi calling notification on your T-Mobile android device. This will not disable wifi calling but only hide the persistent notification.

Did you reflash the 4 firmware files? Are you able to get on to YouTube and the play store via Wi-Fi now?

reflashed all 4.. still having the same issue. would it make a difference if I use the CSC file instead of Home-CSC?

Yes. I would use just the csc file. Not the home-csc. It will wipe your data, and it will bring you to factory reset as there is a .pit file, but I think that would be what you would want to do.

Yes we all get that message. It's just a reminder from Samsung about the recall
