We recommend the use of the shield, cause other package disablers won't work any longer for new installs.rollotone wrote:7595 reflash my note 7 with software and now it up to 100%, wondering if i put back the sim card in if i will get the new software update notice without the shield
using my note 4 as a back up now
The developers of those apps were forced to void the licenses for older versions and new app versions can't block the relevant update packages.
To be safe before putting simcard back in, install and activate the shield.
