Go to Settings---> System Update---> Download updates automatically---> Make sure knob is to the left in the off position.

enable all packages

Go to your phone and dial:
##72786#

If that doesn't work then go to Settings---> System Update---> Update Profile

restart phone, if you are now connected to data, disable the packages again.

I had a similar issue after flashing back to the Green Battery of awesome. I was connected but no mobile data (3G/4G/4G LTE). A simple factory reset solved it and it auto connected to the APN's afterwards.

What version of the bk package disabler works? I had the old version but it updated somehow. Sprint officially gave me my note 7 yesterday! So it seems I will be stuck with it. The executive branch manager told me no one had ever fight this hard to keep the phone. He said I must really love my note 7! So I've gotta get this thing to connect!

@bambino408 you good???

@Kourtneyelyse
1) are you able to connect to the network again? Did you try this?
Go to Settings---> System Update---> Download updates automatically---> Make sure knob is to the left in the off position.

enable all packages

Go to your phone and dial:
##72786#

If that doesn't work then go to Settings---> System Update---> Update Profile

restart phone, if you are now connected to data, disable the packages again.

2) Use the shield: https://note7alliance.com/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=237

I do have the shield, and everything was great for the first few days (thank you btw!). This is what I'm getting. All options greyed out. There is a signal bar, but it is not connecting unless on wifi. And it no longer says sprint at the top like it usually does.

Hey ALL contributors to this thread - don't overlook the possible obvious cause...
A Telco has the ability to block a network service connection based upon IMEI.
...
The IMEI of each Note 7 falls within a given range that is published internationally.
Samsung only has to provide the start and end IMEI registration address for the entire Note 7 range to each telco and the telco can determine that it is a Note 7 attempting to access their Network and then block the connection attempt.
...
I'm proactive and can remove the internal battery and power the Note 7 from an external power-source. I therefore approached my Telco (Monday 9JAN) to request a blocking exemption. The Telco customer service representative was adamant that the Telco was not able to provide an exemption due to the Manufacturer (Samsung) requiring it to block connection of ANY Note 7 device - I have posted on this on other Alliance threads this past week.
I will use a Samsung Tablet supplied by my Telco with a second SIM to connect via LTE to their Network whilst I work through the legality of this action with the Regulator this coming week.
...
In your situation (Julez.ruiz, Kourtneyelyse, aggroman, bambino408), I would call my Telco/Service provider help desk and ask them to advise if I have a technical issue, or if not to confirm that the Telco/Service provider is in fact blocking my attempt to connect via IMEI registration and I would also obtain the name or employee number and make a log-record for later follow-through (the name or number is to be used only as part of the evidence trail when the matter is brought to the Regulator for resolution and I am respectful that the employee is only doing what he/she is required to do by their employer - most customer service representatives are happy to provide information including their database call-reference number when it is obvious that we are not angry with them.)
I would then post the outcome on this Forum thread where it can add to the depth of evidence to be used in later actions.
Hope this comment helps.

Well, I'm not sure what is happening. Do I need a new phone? Is mine going to be useable? What am I suppose to be looking for? In terms of trying to fix it? Is it worth it? Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Is it a sprint thing or a samsung thing? Can I sue because I pay for service I am not receiving? And because I paid money for the phone they sold me and never gave back? Should I write Marcelo claure, the sprint ceo?
