Apparently I'm an idiot as I bricked one of my 2 Note 7s. Afraid to try it on the other phone. Anyone be able to offer one-on-one help?

Maybe create a new post in this forum specifically so the mods can see it a little faster?
They've been pretty busy....

Auuugh.... guess what, when I went to dump pdp, the update installed. Still at 100% & the updated is lingering in the notification bar. So a total reflash or just uninstall the shield & reinstall?
