It looks like the drivers did not provision. Restart your phone, go back to download mode. Connect your phone to your computer. Wait 30 mins for your PC to connect with your Note 7. Reload the Odin and try again.

So, Thanks first of all. Used different firmware than listed on video. Ended in phe instead of ph1 and it went to the green battery version. Then used the APK installer...no go....so tried the Solid Explorer version....all good. So if anyone has US Cellular....this, above, is the way to go. Thanks again. I SOOOO appreciate having the note 7 back to normal.
