[SOLVED] Removing Charging Limit (930FD, Snapdragon variant)

Greetings,

I followed Catwoman's guide on here for reversing the 60% cap (as well as blocking future updates) but it does not work for my phone. I get the "unsupport dev type" error.

I believe the Snapdragons are bootloader locked, so it won't work for that reason. What are my options as far as removing the charging limit?

Rooting your Note 7 and installing a custom ROM

Okay, how can I do that if the bootloader is locked (if that's what the error message means?)

The guys at XDA developers said I have no hope because I am on a snapdragon. What do you think?

I am sorry, they are right, Snapdragon is unrootable.

So I have absolutely no option to revert my phone back to the 100% battery? There's literally nothing I can do?

Thanks for the response. I've done it dozens of times over, but I keep getting the same error message. I guess if my bootloader is locked, there is nothing I can do. Keep in mind this is a snapdragon.
