When I download the app, it asks me to enable admin mode. When I do that it gives me this screen.

If I enable admin mode does it automatically factory reset my phone?

No, it doesn't. On the screen you can read what admin mode allows. That doesn't mean all of those functions will be used, it only means they could be used.

For s package disabler (as for each other package disabler) you have to enable admin mode, otherwise it will not work.
