I am going to teach you how to install and fix errors for the first 7 files. For the rest of the files, you will just need to continue the process of installing the apks to your S7 device one after the other. If you notice that your phone has any bugs or errors after the installation, just follow one of the procedures from the 7 fixes in order to clear out the error. I did not have to clear out any error for any of the other apks but there is always a possibility that someone will have a different experience.

I highly recommend that you back up your phone with Samsung Smart Switch so if in the event your phone gets messed up and you need to factory reset your phone, then you will not loose your data.

Please note that if you have a S7 or S7 Active, the edge apks will not work for you, which is why I provided them last. Do not install those.

The S8 features that currently do not work on the S7 are the Camera, the dual bluetooth connector and the actual Bixby app. I was only able to get Hello Bixby to work because S Voice doesn't want to leave.

• Download S8 Wallpaper.zip into your S7 device.
Go to Apps---> My Files---> Downloads---> S8 Wallpaper.zip---> Exract
Go to Apps---> Gallery---> Choose an image you like---> Tap on the image again to reveal the settings icon. Tap in the 3 horizontal dots---> Set as wallpaper---> Choose if you want it on Home screen/Lock screen/Home and Lock screens---> Check Motion effect---> SET AS WALLPAPER

➤➤ S8 Launcher
• Download S8 Launcher into your S7 device.
Go to Apps---> My Files---> Downloads---> S8 Launcher.apk---> Settings---> Unknown sources---> OK---> INSTALL---> DONE
Bring down Notification Bar---> Tap on the Settings icon---> Applications---> TouchWiz home---> Storage---> CLEAR CACHE---> CLEAR DATA---> DELETE
Go to Home Screen. You will need to configure your layout.

-Swipe up or down to access your apps
-Long press an app to access quick actions such as [Select, Remove shortcut, Disable/Sleep, Uninstall and App Info]
-Long press anywhere on Home screen to access Wallpapers and themes, Widgets, Home screen settings
---In the Home screen settings you change the grid of your home screen and app drawer, turn App button on or off and Hide apps

➤➤ S8 Hello Bixby
• Download S8 Hello Bixby into your S7 device.
Go to Apps---> My Files---> Downloads---> S8 Hello Bixby.apk---> Settings---> Unknown sources---> OK---> INSTALL---> DONE
• On your Home Screen, swipe left to activate Hello Bixby.
--- If that does work, then restart your phone and swipe left again after it finishes rebooting.

Go to Settings---> Applications---> Briefing---> FORCE STOP---> FORCE STOP---> Storage---> CLEAR CACHE---> CLEAR DATA---> DELETE
Restart your S7 Device. Go to Hello Bixby and you will see it is no longer asking you to upgrade your Briefing app.

➤➤ S8 Always On Display
• Download S8 Always On Display into your S7 device.
Go to Apps---> My Files---> Downloads---> S8 AlwaysOnDisplay.apk---> Settings---> Unknown sources---> OK---> INSTALL---> DONE
Bring down Notification Bar---> Tap on the Settings icon---> Applications---> Always On Display---> FORCE STOP---> FORCE STOP---> Storage---> CLEAR DATA---> DELETE
Go to Settings---> Display---> Tap on Always On Display---> Digital Clock---> APPLY

• Download S8 Weather.apk + S8 Weather Forecast.apk into your S7 device.
Go to Apps---> My Files---> Downloads---> S8 Weather.apk---> Settings---> Unknown sources---> OK---> INSTALL---> DONE
Go to Apps---> My Files---> Downloads---> S8 Weather Forecast.apk---> Settings---> Unknown sources---> OK---> INSTALL---> DONE

Long press on Home Screen---> Widgets---> Weather---> Long press on the weather widget you want so that it will be added to your Home Screen

Mig is the AOD modified for the S7 Active or can I use on my S7 Edge?

These should work with all S7 and I provide fixes to them. I am going to post the S8 edgepanel apk even though i know it doesn't work with reg S7 or S7 Active. But it should work with S7 Edge.

Why do I not have access to all the features of the Always on display?

Hi have loaded all the apk's onto my S7 edge, following your instructions, but when i come to load them they will not load because it say's the name of the apk is the same as the existing name and therefore will not let it load!

Every apk will not overwrite the original!! I have a feeling the recent over the air update has blocked this!

Is your phone rooted?
When did you last install and OTA update?
What is your baseband/firmware number?

There was an update about 3 days ago a large security patch. I am not rooted. My baseband G935FXXU1DQC2. And I am stock. Oh and I have been on XDA and this is not an usual problem, after updating.

They are from March and not April. Make sure you back up your phone with Samsung Smart Switch with your SD card. and then use our shield V1 to block the update: https://note7alliance.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1058

Did you notice a slowdown at all after doing this? I am thinking of doing this but not sure. My S7E is already noticeably slower than my Note 7.

Yes it did get slower at first, but after I installed all of the apks and then went into recovery mode and cleared all cache, my phone was moving again. I think all of the S8 apks needs eachother.

You don't by any chance have them in one handy zip file to download do you please?

I found Bixby is not as easy to communicate with as google assistant. here is the link on how to install G assistant.
