Possible to root Verizon SM-N930V on Build version APG9? I know there is a PH1 root but would rather not flash.

Yes, it is possible to root that version of the Firmware but I am not sure how to do it. I will look into finding someone that could get you a method if you don't already have it. Do you already have a method?

I am a new user also interested in unlocking the bootloader and rooting my Note7 on Verizon model number SM-N930V build number ending in APK1, i updated and now it has 60% battery cap and that recall message comes up all the time..anyone have any ideas. i am willing to try flashing ODIN or superuser if someone lays out step by step guide for me, i have rooted before on the galaxy nexus way back when like 2012.

Android version 6.0.1
Baseband version N930VVRS2APHE
is it possible for me to root this Verizon Note 7?

I believe it is possible to root N930V along with the Sprint variant. Have not tried it due time having an N9300. But here's one good article

thank you for sharing the link i will look into it. I have verizon and just incase they change their mind and push the update i want to be protected.
