I tried to do the "Ultimate Guide to Blocking Samsung OTA Updates" it didn't go exactly as it you have it posted. There at 22 lines of code in the picture you have. i had 23 lines of code. You have 5 "flase"s and i had 6 "false"s in the lines. Im not sure which ones exactly are false or not i did save a snipping just in case.
