Hello,
So I just installed Alliance Shield X on my N930FD, I've got the green logo with Shields-Up wording so I'm guessing I'm protected form updates? My main question is, is there a way to stop the pop-ups that say "Unfortunately Software Update has stopped".
Thanks

Yes, try force stopping the packages installed by the shield. You can also use the v3 or X method which requires abd and a computer. Once you do that, you'll have a full working disabler again and can disable the software update instead of patching it (like v2 does). Disabling it will cause no pop-ups.
If your note 7 is an at&t variant, the Knox Disabler should still work.

Hi, I have got the N 930 F- Version /german, with 60%limit, and safety patch 01.sept.2016....and want to make a working phone out of it. Surely will install the shield X...or 3, or? Some recommendations for Nov.2017?! Best, Andy

Shield X = 3
We are rewriting the instructions, but take a look -

And permanent root has been achieved, waiting for Chris to make it user friendly and post the results.
