[SOLVED] Can only charge to 80%

Hello everybody, a question :
i have a Note 7 whith the firmware 930FXXU2BPI7 ( europe ) and i can only have 80% charge for my battery if i swith off the 60% limit in the maintenance battery advaced setting menu.
how could i reach 100% ?
