I managed to get my Note 7 unlocked, it was locked to United Kingdom Carrier EE.
I used one of the unlock sites on the internet, previously I have tried to unlock a Note 7 that was locked to Vodafone and could not do it.
I thought this was down to Samsung but now I think it's carrier dependant.

I also had a Locked Vodafone Note 7. I just used the normal Unlock Procedure on Vodafones site, and they sent me a code within 30 minutes. Try it.
