Samsung Galaxy Note7 Return Refused by Samsung Romania

Hello everyone. i would like to share with you and interesting story about my experience trying to return my 2 Galaxy Note7's to Samsung. I called the number provided in the official letter for the return program, spoke with the person i was directed to, geve them all the info they asked ( imei, serial number, how i purchased my devices, theri actual condition). One device is a Demo Unit, and the other is a Verizon Unit that has no battery in it. The person i spoke with told me to go to the Samsung Service Centre, ask for the person in charge with the return program and said that they will take care of my request. When i got there, i never got the chance to speak with the person in charge, i was just told by the guy at the info desk, that they don't want to take my devices. i asked him to contact the person in charge and he refused. I called again the number and told them about waht happened and they told my to try again to speak to the person in charge, but i was blocked by the same guy. Now someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i thought the return program is Globally, Mandatory and it applies to ALL Galaxy Note7's, yet Samsung Romania refuses to help me.
