[SOLVED] HELP: blocking OTA

I was running the steps to block the OTA and thought it hung and ran it 3 times and this is what i get...PLEASE HELP!

UPDATE i got it to work, but didn't look the same as the tutorial. I had some false in my disabling. Should i be worried?
