boot into twrp without fastboot (NOT FLASH)

im trying to boot into twrp (NOT FLASH) on my samsung tab a 10.1 2019 with fastboot, but apparently my tab does not support fastboot. is there any way i could use somthing like odin to BOOT (not flash) into twrp?

i hadn't tried that, if the tablet could somehow boot from a USB to USB C cable, than it would probably work

We have no boot device priority settings in our phones, sadly the fastboot method is the only way I'm aware of. I've been exploring other options though and have a couple semi-promising leads. I have a lot to work on, but if I find a solid method I'll post it here.
