Hello....

No matter how many times I try, the Android app is not accepting my password. I've changed it about 5 times, and it works great on the web, but the app will not accept the password no matter how hard I try.

Any tips on what i'm missing?

That's weird. Maybe you use a special character in your password that Android doesn't transmit correctly.
Also the password is context sensitive.
Maybe you try to set a password just with letters (uppercase and lowercase) and numbers and see if it works? Then you may change it to a more complex one if you like and see if it's still working?
