i can't manage my device

entering my password in the apk tells me that I have many devices.
when I registered I forgot my password from my other email
[email protected] and then I made another one but I don't remember it .. then I went to outlook and made a new one
but I don't have any device synchronized with the app... helpme

Too many devices?
If you are receiving the message "Too Many Devices", you can manage and delete your devices by visiting:
https://shieldx.alliancex.org/account/ and using your Shield login.
Each Alliance account is granted 2 free devices per account. Donating to support Shield grants you additional device slots, but this is not required. You are able to delete old devices that are unused. If you would like to increase your device count, you can donate at:
shield/donate-en/

Which browser do you use? Also try to clear the browser cache first.

Has for me, I registered some few minutes ago. Then wanted to sign-in into app after successful login on web. But from app it often retuned this error : There was an error(You have too many devices on your account. Would you like to open account settings to delete unused devices?). To me, I thought first this might be, because I didn't sign-out from web but only for me discovered after I followed to delete and a device was registered Samsung M31 on my account which I'm not familiar with. This wasn't my device.
Please I need help cause I can't delete this device from my account

Just registered, see a Galaxy M31, not my device. Hit delete and get this message, "Auth Error 0d1a9b3b-d4f8-4650-933f-bc9bf35c2c15 :: ::Dirtybudha". App says I have too many devices. Get the same error when I try to delete the phone via mobile browser.

I have Knox on my SM102DL galaxy device with android 11 os, and I set up the alliance app as device owner via adb, but the Knox option and switch disappeared right after I set up the app, so none of the Knox dependent settings are working? Does any know why this may be happening? Also, the phone option isn't working at all. I can only disable apps.

Your device encountered an error with Knox and the option to enable Knox was removed to prevent the Shield from crashing.
We have sent the command to your device to force Knox activation, but your device hasn't responded saying it has received the command. Please let us know if you sill don't see Knox.
