Whenever I open Shield X App My Galaxy Restarts

Please I need help, whenever I open Shield X app and select the Apps Manager Option after it opens it starts Showing Loading Icon and then Suddenly my Galaxy S7 Restarts... it happens Everytime I do this please help me what is wrong. (Other Options in The app works fine they opens works, Restart only happens when I open App Manager.

You try to login with a deprecated version of the app. Update to the lastest version from Google Play Store.
However, you are not entitled the get support in a defined time frame, like with a service level agreement (SLA).
We all do this in our spare time, so you get an answer when we have time.
