Login problem

Good I please need help ...
Whenever I want to login to the app it says my password is wrong but when i go online the password works ... so what do i need to do ?

Maybe you have choosen special characters in your password that the app doesn't like. We have reports that '&' and '@' characters are not accepted by the app.
