I don't have a crystal ball, I can't see your phone. Usually when you ask for help you provide the error or a screen shot,
something more than I can't.
As far as not registered, the Shield says that?

This device model does not have Knox. That's why you can't enable it.

I have a galaxy A21 and I cannot get the Knox to check green. I'm trying to unlock the frp without a PC. I'm having a hard time, please help if anyone can
