Fro bypass not working

I followed all the steps to frp bypass at the end when it says go to Samsung setup wizard then activities click on the first one and it says unable to... How can I bypass my wife's fro locked phone

We don't officially support FRP bypass. Others can help but Admin/Mod will not.
