"Invalid license" -- Help!

Hey guys,

I've followed step by step to enable the alliance shield. Once I presssed "enable admin" it directs me to the KNOX agreement, and once I accept, it returns to the "enable admin" page, which now it says "disable admin," but a little pop-up says "invalid license." Thus, I am unable to move forward with the process.

Does anyone know what it means by "invalid license" / how to fix the problem??

That happened to me after I disabled the app (remove shield) and tried to enable it again. The solution for me was to uninstall the app and reinstall it, works great now!
