Fixed old 2017 LG screen forgot my pin

I am currently going thru a nasty custody battle and I have 2 of my old phones from 2017 which i need stuff off of therefor would prefer not to factory reset and lose everything (unless i can reset and restore. so they're both LGs one is a k8 and the other is a aristo 2. They are my old phones the aristo shows me the two emails connected to the phone one of which i permanently deleted in 2018 after my ex hacked into my gmail and reset my phone from it... the k8 doesnt show me any notifications and doesnt hav e the correct date even. but both of which are clearly not active and dont have the old sim cards in em still. It's a number pin on both, I've been trying any numerical combo i can brain storm idk or i was wondering if i sacrifice one of the old phones and factory reset it if when i set it up if i'd be able to recover my google acct im locked out of which as all the stuff the phones would have on them that i need for court because i no longer have number attached to the gmail and the recovery email is the same one i deleted years ago... thank u sorry if this makes no sense.
