Alliance Shield/Networks

I've gsm unlocked my phone from sprint. Currently I'm with Tmobile's network. I just ordered a Sim card from tmobile for pre-paid service. I didn't port my number or give my imei #. Will the shield automatically enable protection for that network? If not, what is my best solution for protection? Thank you!

The shield is a "one for all" solution. It will work for all carriers.
