Locked out of galaxy A12 alliance shield x won't wipe app

I forgot my passwords and I'm locked out of my galaxy A12. I'm trying to use alliance shield x to wipe app data to bypass Google account frp lock. Every time I go to activate the Knox button it gives me an error even when I tap wipe app data it says error! Not sure what's going on or what else I can do! Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
