Samsung Wallet (Digital Keys) error

I have an S24 Ultra and in Samsung Wallet I do not get the digital car keys, I only get smarthing.
Reported the error in Samsung member they tell him that the phone, which is bought in Spain, is made for Hungary and that digital keys are not allowed there.
