DeviceOwner setup worked, AllianceX installed, and account registered. But now my Google play store no longer works??

So my motogpure was locked by carrier and would not boot but after device owner setup everything went perfectly alliance x was installed my account was registered I'm not managing my device. Honestly it was amazing however the only thing I'm currently facing is whenever I open the Google Play store nothing found and whenever I open a link for an app itself to the Play store it shows me a red restriction and says administrator has not allowed privilege that's on any app I've tried to pull up through the Play store someone please help
