Questions - running 2 disablers and beta shield. How to proceed

I have Package Disabler Pro, BK disabler, and Alliance shield 0.3.2 all running. I would like to update to 0.5.6 and get rid of the other two.
What is the correct order to do this in? Do I get rid of the other two first and then load alliance shield 0.56 over top of the running 0.3.
2? Or do I need to first upgrade to 0.5.5 before updating to 0.5.6?
Do I need to remove my SIM card and or go into airplane mode while I am doing any of this?
How many items should the Alliance shield be blocking (I have Sprint).
I count 13 items in 0.3.2 alliance shield being blocked.
However, when I look at Package Disabler Pro, I see a lot of other things that I have blocked that seem like they should be blocked but that weren't in the alliance shield. ie (Application installer (com.sec.android.preloadinstaller), AuthService (com.samsung.android.authservice) etc etc.
My BK package disabler has Samsung Push service and Samsung account and Samsung+ and actually most anything that says Samsung disabled.
I am sure I have gone overboard in my paranoia and as a result I cannot even connect my phone to my computer.
I guess what I am asking and haven't found yet is a definitive list of exactly what needs to be blocked and what doesn't need to be blocked for optimal protection and functionality.
Please advise.
Many thanks,
Jim
