~~Please read regarding some rules to adhere to~~

In answering questions/tickets in the support sections, I have noticed a few things that I wanted to bring to your attention:

1. When posting your support ticket, please post in your respective CARRIER FORUM. I've seen quite a few questions posted in the general topic forum and even posted in every single carrier forum. It helps us to know what carrier you have so we know what model number you have.

2. DO NOT repost your question a second time simply because you feel we did not answer the question quickly enough. There are only a few mods who do this for free, most who do work full time jobs, so we try to get to questions as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

3. Finally, DO NOT hijack someone else's support thread with your OWN question about an issue you're having. Not only does this create confusion when trying to determine what response is directed to what poster, but it's a bit rude to the OP who wanted their question one on with a mod. If you have the same question, just wait for a response and viola, you have the answer! Create your OWN thread for your own question or issue and you'll receive the same undivided attention from our moderator staff.

Please note that not following these and any other rules will result in consequences. Let's all make this a great, organized, forum that's helpful to everyone!
