Hi all. New here. Glad to see a few note 7s still out in the wild. Beginning to feel alone in my aggravation with this whoke thing. So I'm on at&t and got the no charge update about an hohr ago. Is there any hope for me? I fear that by time I can sit down at hime with my pc my phone will be dead and thought all hope was lost if that happens? I've got battery saver on in for now.

Anyone gone through this scenario yet?

Thanks to all. Love the unity! This is certainly not a good move by Samsung. Its b.s.

I moved your post. There have been a few who have been hit with the update and were able to reflash a different firmware. Check the checklist page here.

I got the update earlier, I turned off the phone at around 50% battery. I'm hoping I can back it up and flash it when I get home from work.

Hi. Thanks for moving me in the right direction. Bad news, wound up leaving my office with 3% battery, switched Sim back to note 5 so I had a phone in the mean time. Backed up, put into pwr saver mode, and discovered that while plugged into my power block, the battery wasn't depleting. Not sure what to do at this point. Starting to lose all hope of keeping the recall rebellion alive. Before I go and spend a few hours with a near dead phone plugged in I'd like to ask if there is a way I can bring this thing back from the light. Any and all help is much appreciated, good luck to all. I hope samsung sees that this is an important thing to a lot of people. More than pure principle, but that alone is enough. Thanks to all.
P.S. posted as reply as I didn't see reply enabled in the area you moved me to. My apologies if this is not the proper way to do so.

First off who is your carrier? We have had several people who have been hit with the 0% update, roll back their firmware. Also, that link in my last comment should bring you to the checklist on how to roll back from 60% to 100%. Its the same procedure. Your carrier specific firmware is also located there. As well as detailed instructions and a video.

AT&T. Thank you. I've got zero power at this point. That's my concern.

If you are plugged in your phone will still work. It just won't hold a charge until you reverse the firmware update.

just keep it plugged in, if you unplug it, it deplets, as long as it's plugged and you have some percentage there is hope

Try flashing only the AP file by itself. If that works, after words reflash all 4, because it will be a bit buggy functionality wise if you dont.
