Android Alliance

I recently did a factory data reset on my phone. After the reset everything was working perfectly fine . Downloaded Alliance shield to protect my Note 7 from Kill update and its working like a charm !! Now only thing is that im having issues connecting to my internet connection through Verizon. I cant even receive pic or video messages either . I can Call, txt message and only get internet thru Wifi . I even called Verizon for support to make sure it was still connected on my account and everything looked fine. I tried removing the sim card and restarted the phone several times .


Can someone please reach out for support ?? What can be causing my DAta from being blocked ? could it be because my phone is FLashed ?

Did you pay your bill ?

did you use all 4 files when you flashed your phone?

Go to Settings---> Connections---> Mobile networks---> Access Point Names

Make settings look like this. if it doesn't, add a new one and add these settings:

Yes i did pay my bill im still able to call and txt just mobile data seems to be serching for service and cant connect..

What 4 files are you refering to ?

Yes I did check for the Apns settings And for some reason its not in my phone at all ...When I go to my settings into connections. I Open Mobile Networks and there is only an option for Data Roaming, Network Mode and System select.

I looked all over in the setting options for Apn settings and does not appear

That doesn't sound normal.

Re flash with all 4 files. Do not use home_csc. Use just CSC when. You use all 4 files.
