This is no longer the best method to block the update that causes the 60% Battery Firmware. Please go here to use the best method:
Block Samsung OTA Updated

SHOUT OUT TO Youness Benerrami! He found this program and we tested it to make sure it works. He is so awesome for not giving up and looking for a solution. I will be forever in debt to him!

Tools
Windows or Mac PC
USB Type C Cable
Note 7

Files to download
Samsung Smart Switch for PC (for the drivers)
Debloater program for Windows or Mac

Prepare your Note 7
-Put your Note 7 on Airplane Mode
-If you already have a packge disabler installed on your phone, now is the time enable all of the packages.
-Go to Settings---> Developer Options ----> Turn on USB Debugging, OEM Unlocked and Verify Apps via USB.
(If you don't already have Developer Options turned on, the instructions are here)

Prepare your PC
Samsung Smart Switch:
-Download and install Samsung Smart Switch if you don't already have the Note 7 drivers on your PC. After it is installed then just close the program. We only needed it for its drivers.

Debloater:
-Install the program onto your PC. Then open the program.
-Because your Note 7s are not rooted, you will get a disclaimer stating that the program cannot block these packages but instead, it will hide/disable them. Do not be alarmed, this is okay because it will still render these packages useless and that is what we want. Just hit the "OK" button to proceed.

-Connect your Note 7 to your PC via your USB Type C cable
1. Press the button that says "Click here to begin ... Read Device Packages"

2. This what is looks like when it reads all of the packages.

3. Check off the box that says "Filter". The 2 buttons the left will disappear and a white bar will replace it so you can type in the packages you are looking to disabled.

4. After you make you change to your package by checking it, two buttons will apprear where the white bar was. Press the "Apply" button.

5. Repeat Steps 2, 3 and 4 to indivisually disable the other pacakages.

-To view the packages that are disabled right click on the button that says "Click here to begin ... Read Device Packages" hover over "Display" and click on "Blocked Packages"

Packages the Debloater program automatically blocks:
com.sec.knox.containeragent2,

com.samsung.knox.kss
com.sec.knox.shortcutsms
com.samsung.knox.trustagent
com.sec.enterprise.knox.shareddevice.keyguard
com.samsung.upsmtheme

*Note* This program auto disables the following pacakges along with some packages that help prevent the update. Though most of packages are knox related, you will still be able to use Samsung Pay and your Secure folder! I also tested this program by turning my phone off and on and the update still does not come through. Enjoy not having to worry about the update happening ever again.
