I'm seriously desperate here. I am just really confused on how to Rollback my phone. If would love for an easier way. I'm willing to meet up at a starbucks or something to have someone help me.

Me too. I'm new to all this and I would like to get back to 100%. I don't know how to do it and I don't want to cause irreparable damage.
