If I take my note 7 to T-mobile, will they give me any problems with it and block it?

I don't of the note 7 will work with tmobile, however if it does. Unless tmobile does anything, which currently they haven't, it should work as normal. Once it's on tmobile network, it's not visible to Verizon.

All Verizon phones are unlocked no need to call them.

I'm having problems getting my Verizon Note 7 to have data while on a phone call simultaneously. I've entered and re-entered the correct APN information but cannot for the life of me get it to work. Any ideas? I even had T-Mobile refresh my whole account.
Or could I flash a T Mobile ROM on my Verizon to activate the VoLTE? I wonder if that's the issue, not having that setting to turn on.

I have the same issue. I'm always on wifi so I hadn't even noticed. Don't think you'll be able to flash a ROM without root or at least an unlocked bootloader? I'm going to keep messing with settings and see if I can get anything to work. Let me know if you figure anything out otherwise.DENVERODYSEA wrote: Tue Feb 07, 2017 10:28 pm I'm having problems getting my Verizon Note 7 to have data while on a phone call simultaneously. Let me know if you figure anything out. I'll be messing around and doing research on my end and report anything I find.ThunderSaber wrote: Wed Feb 08, 2017 1:22 amI have the same issue. One thought is the fact our phones are carrier locked, but not SIM locked. I wonder if thats what's causing us to be able to fully take advantage of our radio's capabilities. Just a hunch, but need to figure out how to carrier unlock a phone being they will obviously refuse to unlock it for me.

All Verizon phones come carrier unlocked. You wouldn't be able to be on another network if that were not the case. I do wonder about frequencies though. I'm not sure if all the US versions of the N7 come equipped with the ability to get all of the frequencies or just the same LTE's and are missing some of the lesser GSM frequencies. I'm not sure where to find this or if that would even be an issue. From what I understand of it, as long as you have LTE accessibility, you should be able to have both data and voice access so I don't think this is the issue.

I believe we need to gain Bootloader Unlock to achieve this. Anyone care to chime in and confirm?

Do i need to take my phone into a store or just buy the sim card online. I checked my IMEI on the website and it said it was not recognized but will they still give me service if i have a note 7 or is verizon the only one blocking it?
