I just got the hotline removed by tech support. Thanks End13085! I was trying to activate my old Note and the sim card was retired, so I couldn't get that done. Maybe that's why it was lifted. I have nothing to work with until this is resolved. It's "temporary" I'm told - I'll be hit again. Can I avoid the next hit somehow? Can I remove the ABD software and Solid Explorer to replace it with the Alliance Shield v2 before I get hit again? It seems that members with the shield have not been hotlined. Please PM me.

The hotline is being done on the account and not as an OTA update. The shield cannot stop them from that. The team is working on rooting the device but had not yet attained it. They are hoping root will solve the issue
