N7A has purchased an IRC server to connect with members and TO connect members together even further. If you know about IRC and how to use it, feel free to use the server credentials and apply them to whichever IRC client you choose to use. Any IRC client works. For members who are not familiar with IRC (Internet Relay Chat) it is basically a network which allows us to create chat rooms and have live discussion with members and staff.

You can connect through our website client here: [ https://note7alliance.com/app.php/page/allirc ]

IRC Server(s): irc.n7alliance.com or irc.allie.host

If you know how to use/plan to use our chat server (IRC) regularly you may log on and register your nickname:.

Log onto the chat server with your chosen nickname. Once connected type: "/msg NickServ register <password> <email>" - this will register you to our chat server. If you just plan to log on every now and then to chat and don't feel like registering, no need. This just secures your chat name so no one else can use it.

Windows users: You can download any client you like. I prefer HexChat (which I 've attached as a .zip file to this post)

Chrome users: There are extensions for IRC that you can use to log on. It's all about preference.

or any other IRC chat app you prefer.

I wasn't able to register with my nick with "/ns register <password> <email>" but I was able to register it with "/msg NickServ REGISTER password email"
This might be helpful for others.

My note 7 does not have network connection I can make a call but they cannot use Internet. Can somebody help you with that ?

PM me i can walk you through adding apn feom an unlocked device to prepaid carriers like straight talk, H2O, Simple Green to name a few...along with T-Mobile if coming from a Verizon version Note 7...like me
