Can someone please help and direct me on what i should do. I have a note 7 under t mobile, green battery. I got the first update (that causes battety to charge only to 60%) in my notification but have not downloaded it. I can still charge to 100%. I'm concerned about the death update, I understand you guys have been working hard trying to figure it out and I think its great and appreciate it. I'm not tech savvy and need some help on what to do just to avoid my phone from turning off and losing Wi-Fi. I understand they may stop cellular signal theough imei. But is there a way to save the phones other functions. Also I don't know what type of update is this is, if it's a update that will just sit in my notification and won't download until I choose to, or a automatic takeover and shutdown. I apologize ahead if these questions have been asked already. If someone can take some time to reply I would really appreciate it, thanks members.

So i have an N7 from tmobile... i followed this thread and was able to prevent the update from coming to my device. If i decide to root my device, will this update block get in the way of that?

i never updated my phone the first time... i still have the 100% battery charge.. but the "death update" is supposed to be forced onto Note 7 devices 72 hours after the update prompts are declined 3 times...benyou54 wrote:We already successed to roll back with this supposed "death update". I used S package but I still get these warnings. Is this normal or does it mean I didn't install s package correctly? Should S package be blocking these notifications as well? https://imgur.com/gallery/9MeOObenyou54 wrote:1256Use s package disabler to block any updatesgabe.eustache wrote:i never updated my phone the first time... i still have the 100% battery charge.. but the "death update" is supposed to be forced onto Note 7 devices 72 hours after the update prompts are declined 3 times...benyou54 wrote: We already successed to roll back with this supposed "death update".
