In order to get S Health working on your Note7 you need enable KNOX, uninstall Health Service and re install the apk below. Do not uninstall S Health.

Uninstall your current version of Health Service:
Settings---> Applications---> Tap on the 3 horizontal dots located at the top right of the screen---> Show system apps---> Scroll down to Health Service---> Tap on the 3 horizontal dots located at the top right of the screen---> Uninstall updates

Samsung S Health

Install the apk to your Note 7 and follow the prompts. It should work as normal.

*Note* If you have a Knox disabled on your Note 7 with a package disabler, please enable it. You need Knox to use Samsung Health.

Even after factory resetting my N930V, this method still isn't working... thanks Verizon!

I also just tried it with the shield temporarily turned off; as well as with and without wifi. Same message.

You tried uninstalling the updates?
I know that trick never worked on verizon, maybe they are killing more services

which are the "dangerous" apps that we should not update?
I have the following in my playstore that have newer versions...
Samsung Health
Pen.up
mysamsung
samsung voice recorder
samsung push service

All good to go.

The only ones you shouldn't update are the ones the shield blocks
