I have an original note 7 with the white battery icon. What is the first step to take? My phone has downloaded the update to reduce the battery to 60% but I haven't installed it yet. Every time I plug the phone in to charge I get the warning message. What is my first step? I saw the check list, but I am confused if I should first do resolve "Downloaded the Samsung firmware update but have not installed it" or if I should first "Block Samsung OTA updates?" Thank You for your time and help!
