Play store / app store etc. require login too, nevertheless they are public, since everyone (consumers) can register there. This would conflict with B2B target.
B2B customers / partners have to bring evidence that they have an active business...

If they question us we fall back to everyone who joins the Alliance becomes a member of the LLC, which is why we have the login.
