Hello,

I can't find any of the processes to block using S Package Disabler that I downloaded from these forums.

I have 3 AT&T Note 7 phones (in the USA). 2 of them are limited at 60%. I used the "solid explorer" method, which had me install Samsung Smart Switch and then do the "Note 7 Update Blocker" that runs on the MS-DOS prompt. (viewtopic.php?f=14&t=30)

Then I went on to do the next part, "Disable Samsung updates with S Package Disabler, working for all no rooted models" (https://note7alliance.com/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=133#top). However, I went into S Package Disabler and NONE of the services listed in these forums are there to disable. I've searched for everything. I have another Note 7 that has the original update blocked with PDP 6.3 and it's at 100% battery, and I checked the 3 services disabled on there, and none of them are showing up in the S Package Disabler on my 60% Note 7s.

The phones are already at the 60% battery limit with the annoying pop-up every time, but I don't want to try the process to go back to 100% because I don't want to possibly lose all the data. I just want to stop the next update that will make the phones useless.

What am I missing? Why can't I see or disable the services on the 60% Note 7s?

Also, since I've completed the "Solid Explorer" method, should I turn the developer options back off?

I'm really new to all this, I just don't want to lose my Note 7s.

I'm in a similar situation. I'm on att and restored back to 100%. I ran the MS-DOS update blocker. When I open a package disabler I can't find any of the listed services. Help?

I think that you should be able to see the disabled packages by using Debloater (the tool you used by running the blocker script) only.

When you restored back to 100%, did you lose any data, or have to restore data, or lose any settings? I really would like to do that too, but I hate having to redo all my settings and get everything back to the way that I prefer it.

By the way, I went to the Note 7 blocker file that we ran, and I right clicked on it and hit "edit". In the list of commands it does show that it is disabling all the services we are looking for with S Package Disabler, so I am now under the assumption that by running that program, we do not need to use the S Package Disabler... although it might be a good idea to keep it loaded on our phones, just in case we do need it in a pinch.

When you run the Update Blocker it makes your phone think the packages are completely uninstalled which is why you won't be able to find them with any package disable. Use the package disabler to get rid of bloatware. Also, I updated the Npte 7 update blocker so that Samsung Push and Device Manager works on your phone.

Download it here

@CoolCube when you flash your phone you will loose everything. Please backup your phone with samsung smart switch like it says in the instructions. :)

Same here. I've just been dealing with the 60% battery limitation. Hasn't fully bothered me because I was used to using a note 3 with an old battery.
