s7 camera problem

My S7 is having a strange problem: some photo present a wrong jpeg encoded band.
may be sd card with some problem?

have you tried going into recovery and clearing out cache to resolve the issue?

My sd card are a Samsung evo 32gb

I have also try to install other stock Rom more updated with full wipe but sometime photo exit with this problem

I would also note that sd was taken from previous phone, Samsung s4 , and never present this problem before switch to s7
