Hello all, I have followed the step by step guide to install alliance shield but I cant turn on the red shield. It keeps telling me to enable admin or v3 or knox. Well I'm doing that and they seem to turn on but when I go back in they are turned off again. Please help I'm lost at this point.

It did not work for me either, i gonna use shield v2

When you click on the icon that looks like this what do you see?

Is v3 or Knox switch enabled?

How did you install the app, NFC or computer?
