Welcome... first thing, you need to read the big red box at the top of every screen on this forum... I initially did not read it, too... it's called "Banner Blindness", the brain's response to being constantly inundated with advertising, our brains intentionally ignore red banners...winz wrote:8610 can anyone help? i would like to know how to download the Alliance Shield and Get my battery back to 100% charging.
It tells you that you can't currently download the Shield and why. I realize there's a lot going on here, but slow down a little...

If you have no protection right now, maybe put your phone in Airplane mode, and temporarily remove your sim. At this point, everyone's approach has got to be a little different, especially depending on what carrier you have... (Hopefully not Verizon like me... currently, we're in the worst spot.)
Just make your phone as safe as you can until then, and hang in there.

I think now the firm ware that my note 7 have are well and does not need any update to make it better,just need to find away to avoid the killer update only.
