I'm not sure why, but I cannot unlock my account via the website. I solve the captcha (attempted on android and windows with multiple browsers on both), but for some reason I cannot get it to unlock my account so I can login to Alliance Sheild X. I'm not sure if it's because I signed up with Facebook first; but I have made a proper login and password in my profile. I'm really lucky I can get logged in with my faceboook still! I hope someone can help me out with this; I really don't like having my phone unprotected.

I was looking at the logs at saw all of your attempts.

What happens if you logout, and log back in to AllianceX.org? (if you can't login contact us on Facebook)

If i try to login with username and password, I get a captcha. After solving it; I get a page that looks like the site's theme, but the proportions are all enormous. There's a giant loging button; and if I click it, it starts the loop again.
Then I log into the website with facebook and it works fine; but still not able to log in to shield.

It's because when you log in with Facebook you have to then create a password for yourself in order to use the shield. Directions are on the download post. Go into your user account settings and reset your password to something and then try.

Yes, I did set one up. I've logged into ShieldX many times already. I even tried logging in with facebook and changing the password, as well.

Maybe this will help. This pops up momentarily, every time I try to login after solving the CAPTCHA.

Right now there is a server error, that WAS showing accounts as locked out. We have changed the error to show as a "temp server error"and we are working on a fix right now.

Sorry for the confusion and your account is fine as you are login here and post
